What is a Wireframe?
A wireframe is a visual representation of the website that outlines the website’s layout and structure. It uses the Visitor Journey Map to inform decisions made in the design process to reach a desired outcome. Creating a good wireframe will improve conversion rate and interactions on your website and is therefore a key feature in all our design processes.
What is a detailed Design Wireframe?
A detailed Design Wireframe document provides an annotated, visual layout of a website as it will appear in preparation for the development process, providing the opportunity for clients to make amendments before the website development process takes place.

Our optimisation services work on a retainer basis starting from £600 per month. With this service we provide detailed reporting and ongoing development to improve rankings and conversion rates on your website.
How do I know if the optimisation package will work?
The reporting process has been designed to show success in finding improvements to the visitor journey and layout that will increase conversions. We always recommend setting KPIs to the volume of quality leads generated as visitor traffic is not always a clear indication of how a website is performing.
What is heat-mapping and how will it benefit my website?
Heat-mapping provides an analytical evaluation of a website’s visitor behaviour by providing information on the frequency of certain website interactions via a hot-or-cold overlay. This information can help inform the decisions we make when we design the website’s structure if website goals are not being met.
What is Search Engine Optimisation?
Search Engine Optimisation(SEO) in internet marketing, considers how search engines function. ‘Optimising’ a website may involve editing content, adding content, HTML and associated coding to increase it’s relevance in accordance to specific keywords and the removal of barriers to ‘indexing activities’ that search engine algorithms perform.
Website promotion through ‘backlinking’ or ‘inbound links’ is also considered another SEO tactic.
What is Conversion Rate Optimisation?
Conversion Rate Optimisation(CRO) is the process of increasing the percentage of website visitors who take a desired action—whether filling out a form, making a subscription or making a purchase.
A conversion is the broad term used for visitors that have fulfilled a website’s intended goal. ‘Macro-conversions’ would be considered a primary goal, with smaller ‘micro’ goals that may happen before a user complete the ‘macro’ goal such as a purchase or a subscription to a service.
Conversion Rate Optimisation is an integral part of our process in ensuring that our client’s website is a key asset in the development and growth of their business.
What is Page Speed Optimisation?
Page Speed Optimisation (PSO) or Web Performance Optimisation (WPO) is the process of increasing loading speeds on a website. By reducing the amount of data that needs to travel across the web, Page Speed Optimisation makes a website accessible to people who might not have access to high speed internet. The process broadly considers everything that might be a detriment to page speeds.
What is User Experience Optimisation?
User Experience Optimisation (UEO) evaluates the website’s usability and accessibility, using statistical information and psychology to create a positive user experience and brand perception. This process considers the structural, visual and organisational aspects of a website’s design.
Do you need to pay additional for SEO?
We see SEO as a small part of Website Optimisation in general and wouldn’t suggest additional payments solely for SEO alone. So long as you have a well-developed website that is secure and fast loading, and your content aims to answer your visitor’s questions and concerns you will not need to invest heavily into SEO alone.
When linked to website optimisation as a whole, we do suggest making an investment as you will benefit from further optimisation via. UX, Conversion Rate Optimisation and social media which all work together to provide noticeable returns on investment.
Will I be having a full time dedicated developer?
You will be provided with a full-time project manager dedicated to the construction of your website every working day until the project is complete, and with our reliable IT infrastructure and industry experience, we are able to minimise work interruptions ensuring that your project is completed in a timely manner.
