Do you require payment in advance?
Yes. All regular commercial cleaning is paid in advance for the month ahead. We do not start work until payment has been received — no payment, no cleaning. Simple.
What’s your notice period?
We work on a simple rolling agreement with 30 days’ notice required to stop or change your service.
What’s your hourly rate for cleaning?
Our regular commercial cleaning service is £25+VAT per hour. We’re efficient in that time, and we bring all our own tools and materials so you get maximum results without extra costs.
What’s your rate for maintenance work?
Maintenance is only available to our regular cleaning clients and is charged at:
£450+VAT per day
£250+VAT per half day
£150+VAT per quarter day
Do you provide cleaning equipment and products?
Yes — we supply all tools, materials, and cleaning products as part of the service.
Can we use your maintenance service without cleaning?
No — maintenance is only available to our regular commercial cleaning clients.
What types of maintenance do you cover?
