Unumbox Ltd provides property solutions, including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, renovations, repairs, and landscaping services. We operate under different trade names, including Kettering Handyman and Kettering Landscaping.

By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of property services, including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, renovations, and landscaping.

2. Bookings

All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and written confirmation.

Bookings are confirmed upon deposit (if required) or written agreement.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided as estimates; final costs may vary depending on materials, labour time, and any changes to the project scope.

Prices typically include VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur fees.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled job may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If a project is cancelled or stopped mid-way for reasons outside our control (e.g., material changes, client decision), charges will apply for time and labour provided, plus any additional rescheduling or delivery costs.

6. Rescheduling

We require at least 7 days’ notice for rescheduling.

One reschedule per job is allowed free of charge if sufficient notice is given; further changes or short-notice reschedules may incur fees.

7. Material Delays or Changes

Clients are responsible for timely selection and delivery of materials.

Changes or delays (such as switching materials mid-project) may result in additional charges for lost time, rescheduling, or subcontractor impact.

8. Liability

Unumbox Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website means you accept the latest Terms.
